The Manitoba School Esports Association Rocket League playoffs begin this Thursday, November 9th! AAA Division has a two-day, double elimination tournament and the AA and A Division have a Wild Card tournament for last-chance qualifiers. It is an exciting time for our teams!
The ÉDS White Dragons secured a spot in the November 16th playoffs by winning their Pool, but every other team is in action on Thursday as they fight to earn a spot in the finals next Thursday. Each team is guaranteed 2 matches, and if you win 2 you are in the playoffs! What an exciting time!
The ÉDS Black Dragons begin their playoff hunt on the 9th. The team finished 3rd in the league on the back of solid play and earning wins off every team they played. The AAA Division action is being streamed by Extra Life WPG, a program of the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals, who are in the middle of their end-of-year fundraising efforts to raise money for the HSC Children's Hospital.
