Brawlhalla Provincial Finals Recap: A Thrilling Esports Event at École Dugald School
DUGALD, MB – The Brawlhalla Provincial Finals at École Dugald School on March 22nd was an unforgettable esports event that brought together players, fans, and the community for an incredible day of competition and fun. With over 400 attendees filling the transformed gymnasium, the atmosphere was electric as the province’s top gaming teams battled for championship titles.
In a showcase of skill and teamwork, General Vanier from the Louis Riel School Division emerged victorious in the AAA Division, while River West Park from the Pembina Trails School Division claimed both the AA Division and A Division titles. Congratulations to all the teams that participated, making the event a true celebration of esports excellence.
Beyond the fierce competition, attendees enjoyed casual gaming experiences with Minecraft and Super Smash Bros., and special fundraising activities organized by Extra Life Winnipeg. The event successfully raised funds for the Winnipeg Children’s Hospital, with highlights including a Manitoba Moose Ticket Raffle and thrilling Super Smash Bros. matchups against Extra Life gamers.
